Pros
As a store manager you’re able to create your own schedule to fit the needs of your store and family life. Paid vacations, monthly contest, sell a GreenDot prepaid card with a certain load you could receive up to $5-15. Manage your staff, attend monthly meeting/training in person as well as online, you also have the support of other stores not just within your District, within the company. You’ll never feel like you’re out of the loop with changes in the company there is a clear line of communication. Here at CCFI your not just a number your a person. I can honestly say this has been one of the BEST Career choice that I’ve made. Who wouldn’t want to work for such a supportive company. You’re rewarded for your hard work, efforts. I could go on and on about the pros of this company, if your looking for a Company where you can be you, fun exciting with a learning attitude then this should be your forever home like it is for me.
Cons
No real cons, if I had to choose one, I would say that even though we’re closed most Holidays some were still open with a shorten day until 4pm, would be nice if we could close sooner then that maybe have our Saturday hours and close at 2pm.
