I can honestly say there were no Cons.

Decent pay and fair benefits.

Promised the world during interview and orientation and they delivered nothing. Complete lack of training. Was told training would be 4-6 weeks. Spent my first 6 hrs cleaning and unloading bosses car of supplies stolen from company we are replacing. Great training on stocking shelves. Next 12 hrs shift I toured some of the jail, then followed another nurse around for most of the shift. Was given about 1.5 hrs of total training during this 12 hr shift. Next day came in and found all the trainers were on their way back to California They did nothing but complain about the lack of sunshine due to a tropical storm out of Caribbean and how they were losing their tans. That was all the training I was given. My fingerprint still isn’t registered with the jail so I have to bother the sheriffs officers to open doors. Company completely failed all of the new hires. They say they want to take over all of the jails in FL. This is definitely the way to make sure this is their first and last jail in FL.
