Perfect work environment and work life balance

Not much room for lateral move

The ability to ensure that laws are followed by transportation and utility companies, but without having to become a police officer.

The recent RTO mandate that makes it impossible to have a work-life balance; high workload requiring complicated analytical skills that are not rewarded by management; other staff can coast and get the same salary as you. The organizational structure is inherently anti-employee and pro-manager to the point that coworkers who are leads are deputized against their fellow rank-and-file coworkers.
