The leadership team seems to be competent and passionate. The leadership has a clear, coherent vision and mission. and works to ensure internal teams stay aligned to the stated strategic priorities.
Cons
Learning who-does-what takes a bit. Sometimes processes and deliverables are not as well defined as they could be. Calix compensates for this by leveraging matrixed teams and assembling the needed resources into temporary project teams. While this approach works, it can create some inconsistency.
