1. Calix leadership team is visionary, executes well and treats its employees fairly. 3. Calix has a very collaborative culture and therefore teams work across regions, timezones very well even though many folks work remotely. 4. Calix is very customer centric and treats its customers like they are partners.

Cons

1. Calix needs to compensate better aligning to other silicon valley companies.
