Can not think of much.

No benefits. No structures. No boundaries. Micromanaging.

There is 1 really nice and cool lady in HR/Safety. That's about it.

Constant Verbal abuse. Age discrimination. Absolutely no appreciation for employees. It's OK for managers to make mistakes. When employees make mistakes, they get scorned, verbally abused, your day is totally ruined. Extremely high employee turnover (hmm...you wonder why?) Selfish and arrogant management. Boasts about knowledge and information that other professionals at other companies already know....Hires Interns from Korea to save money (low salary) List goes on and on....absolutely unbelievable....
