Pros

Competitive pay. Comfortable and pleasant work environment. Paid on the job training. Schedule flexibility. Management that cares about their employees. Weekly opportunity to earn legitimate bonuses where your only competition is yourself!

Cons

Open 24/7. On call availability.

Pros

Steady work and the bar is pretty low. You can call off as often as you like with no fear of losing your job.

Cons

Nepotism is not hidden at all. Morale is very low. Bonuses are not based on job performance and customer satisfaction. No benefits available, no PTO, no sick days, no health insurance, no EAP.
