Flexible environment. Casual culture. Many perks which would appeal to younger workers such as elaborate holiday parties, free beer in the kitchen, annual bonus
Cons
incredibly disorganized, silos, tribal knowledge, office politics, confusion. At Call One, the right hand never knows what the left hand is doing. the various departments do not communicate, and no established procedures exist for anything. Salaries are EXTREMELY LOW. They negotiate their prospects down very aggressively, this is the type of environment in which minorities or women would not receive equal pay for equal work.
