Call One is a company that is committed to investing in employees. Tons of benefits, great work/life balance, and willing to help invest in people who are interested in getting things like degrees and certifications that help them grow professionally. Call One also firmly believes in promoting from within and allowing team members to have a career path forward. Great community engagement program as well. Monthly raffles for the annual charity to every big sports team in Chicago, golf event fundraisers, gift bag donations to soldiers, etc. They are focused on doing the right thing for people because giving back to the community is a responsibility that they take seriously.
Cons
No cons really. The negative experiences I have had are with the few people who are negative and complain no matter what is going on. The company is growing and there are several people who don't like change that makes it difficult for others to grow.
