Pros

You work from home, which is awesome. Its great for us with families. Not to mention I have worked under the same management for 3 years now and would not have it any other way! Down to earth people , awesome management. Understanding of situations outside of work. Management bends over backwards to make sure you are in a good place at work and at home.

Cons

Nothing. If your wifi goes out it puts a damper on things.

Pros

Easy to deal with management. Since you're 1099, you can "control" your time. Work from home with a solid connection. Management backs you up when clients or customers are difficult. Easy onboarding -- very supportive.

Cons

Low pay, no benefits. Lots of screen time which can be fatiguing. No incentive to "go the extra mile" or opportunities for advancement. Little social interaction with coworkers -- you are really on your own, good or bad. Not saying that mgmt leaves you in the dark, and you can always reach out, but the only people you talk to day-to-day are potential clients.
