Despite the encouragement to speak openly about issue/concerns and the opportunity for growth, speaking to management and/or human resources falls on DEAF ears. It is beyond important to listen to your support staff- without them you would be nowhere. As far as diversity is concerned, this quote comes to mind when I think of Call9: "Just your annual reminder that "diversity" means hiring people from different cultural backgrounds, but "inclusion" means you provide them an environment in which they can succeed''. There is a difference between working hard and being OVERWORKED. Call9 does not understand this difference; it is the difference between having a happy work environment and one where people countdown the time until the end of the workday. I watched amazing coworkers work from sunrise to sundown constantly with little to no work/life balance in-between. The disorganization within departments/across departments is nothing short of ridiculous. The amount of unnecessary meetings? ABSURD. What work can I get done if I'm sitting multiple meetings a day?
