Pros
- CallHub understands that to make a good product you need happy employees so lots of effort is put into creating a good work culture, and it shows - Company values are not superficial, you can see it in practise every day - Lots of opportunities to solve interesting problems, learn new things, and grow - High impact and ownership is expected and rewarded - Good leave policy - Work timings are fairly flexible - Excellent engineering environment with great mentorship and constant knowledge sharing - The people you work with often go out of their way to help you and are generally great - Frequent parties, outdoor activities, and zoom activities
Cons
- Onboarding could be better. Getting all pieces aligned for the dev environment to work properly is quite a task, and often unsuccessful with issues popping up from time to time. - Documentation coverage isn't good. You'll need to feel comfortable reading code and asking questions. - Work-life balance could be better. While the work-life balance has improved over time, it still has a ways to go.
