Pros

Worked with some very friendly people. ( Wish this could be said of management.)

Cons

Where to even begin. This company does not treat their employees fairly at all. Attendance is mandatory. This means you will never get a sick day. Yes the company says that you can trade with fellow coworkers, but a day off is such a commodity that no one will want to cover your shift. This is even worse for Supervisors as they can only trade with fellow Supervisors. Also if weather is bad you will have to come in no matter what. I've seen this even include when the state was under a state of emergency. I have seen this company deny workers time off to tend to a suicidal friend. They do not value mental health. There were many times I was not allowed to have a full lunch, or if I did, it would be as little as 5 minutes. This also meant that you were not allowed any wellness breaks either. As a supervisor I would get in trouble for allowing representatives to even use the bathroom. As a supervisor I witnessed meetings that were hold to discuss limiting certain reps from answering for certain companies do to, "their accent." This was also the case with promotions. This company refuses to promote anyone that, "has an accent." management has openly discussed their hateful view of immigration in front of those who were either immigrants, or married to immigrants. These activities are extremely offensive and legally questionable. As a supervisor I would work up to 7 to 8 straight days a week before finally getting a day off. This did not include working past my scheduled shift. This company says it was not required, but they would force reps to stay after and work up to 12 hours at a time. This company also has a very strict dress code for a company that interacts with clients through phone calls. I've been disaplined for wearing the wrong pair of shoes by mistake. I have witnessed this company write up employees who have "broken rules" of the dress code policy even though they have openly discussed disabilities with management. I've heard through reps that I have supervised that management would tell them to "get over it" if they tried to report any sort of issues they had with the work environment or clients.
