      Salaries are great for the current role I hold and seems to only rise year on year. plenty of room for growth throughout this fast expanding company

      Cons

      Due to fast expansion, some older employees are stuck in their own ways with all the new processes being introduced seeming like a burden in their eyes.

      Pros

      - Lots of company growth, so an exciting time to join - Surrounded by passionate and experienced people so lots of knowledge transfer and peer to peer mentoring opportunities - Treated with respect and given autonomy to crack on and explore your ideas - Fast paced so means decisions can and are made quickly.

      Cons

      No real cons at all, rural location so own vehicle and driving licence is needed
