Proximity wise, it is good. For those living near, it is cost effective option to work with them. Good people is there also. Appreciative in the experiences gained thru what the company lacks, you find it.
Cons
No internal processes. Bad management. Not a good experience for employees. Lacks employee engagement. No organizational structure. Decisions comes from one person which is really bad.
