High stress toxic culture, tons of OT, upper management made poor decisions, division between depts, managers and supervisors in place who weren’t qualified and who had little to no industry experience but were hired from Big 4 accounting firms, extremely limited cooperation from field ops, company always trying to fix things with a bandaid, employees were ranked for reviews so even excellent performers were forced to receive a mediocre review in effort to control raises and bonuses.
