Pros

Let's be honest, being a customer service rep or telemarketer sucks. I have been in the industry for 6 years now and have never had a good experience. Calltend has been the first company where I have actually felt like I learn on the job, work with a great team. These things make the job of being a call center rep bearable.

Cons

Only 1 team meeting/ week with hundreds of people on it. This makes the meeting feel less personable. I would suggest to do multiple meetings in smaller groups.

I love working with Calltend. My clients are great and my co workers are great. Hailey is easy to work with and did a good job training me

Cons

Office dog is kind of yappy.
