Pros
Have been working in Calsoft for almost three years. One of the best environments that I have encountered where there is ample scope given to learn & do and wonderful guidance from the seniors and colleagues. The numerous engagement activities, the flexible working hours are not checkboxes but actually helps us as employee to have fun at work and manage our personal responsibilities.
Cons
Can have tech fests and in person team meetings once in a year.
