      Pros

      The supervisor is compassionate and knowledgeable. The emphasis is on team work. Communication is good (could be better) even though it is a small office. The employees know what is expected of them. It has a casual dress code.

      Cons

      The company hires many intermittent employees, and that causes a lot of turnover. I was an intermittent employee.

      Stable, chances for advancement (dependent on location), more time off the longer you stick around

      Heavy red tape, Analysts may be tasked with supporting way too many needy employees from their own and other units, low morale as a result.
