      Pros

      laid back environment. nice beige cubicles. errors get swallowed by bureaucracy.

      Cons

      No rewards for good work. Lots of brain drain. Lowest salaries in the industry. Outdated "Chain of Command" management style. Silos of communication. Not prone to innovation. Still focused on moving cars. Many wasteful projects that make problems worse.
