There are no pros to being a part of the "team" unless HR or higher ups like you. I have never had a positive conversation with HR or safety coordinator UHS ruined the culture of Calvary and poor management destroyed any pros they would have had

Under staffed no direct management no employee support if you aren't wanted there is no room to advance and you'll definitely feel it you will get black listed and treated poorly until you quit money oriented healthcare this is quite possibly the worst job I've ever had I have never had an employer make me question my self worth more
