Pros
There are still some good people left who still believe in the company and work hard every day. But it's getting fewer and fewer. Many have been fired or have resigned due to the uncertainty about the company.
Cons
Utter lack of direction, no sense of shared purpose, no strategic goals and very, very little communication from top management. So many people have been fired and so many have left that the resource level is beyond critical. In my department, so many have been laid off or have been driven away by our new "manager", that we can't get anything done. Morale is at rock bottom due to the lack of effective, competent leadership.
