Pros

Hands down this is the best group of people that I have ever worked with. The culture is one of trust, open communication and encouragement to always improve. Is it perfect? No, do they try to make it perfect? Yes. Everyone is encouraged to improve the services that we deliver to our clients through education, improve processes and proactive communication. Management strives to treat employees like family and genuinely care about the well being of everyone who works there. I have worked for very large companies that claim they care about their staff but this is the only place that the actions of management have proven they are serious about improving the lives of the people who work with them.

Cons

None have ever come up.

Pros

In my 15 years of employment, hands down Calyx is the most progressive-minded company that I've worked for. Friends and family are continually amazed at how management values its employees, how at Calyx we are always striving to be the best version of ourselves and the belief that there is always a better way. Not only has Calyx helped me to develop my professional skills, they've also helped me hone my soft skills and have made me more aware of my true capabilities. It is a great company and it is that way because we have a leadership team that cares about each individual and their family and well-being. Leadership has an open-door policy and is always there to listen. Calyx has changed the trajectory of my life.

Cons

None that can't be re-directed and resolved with open communication.
