      Great coworkers, insurance and pay..

      Cons

      Everything else, upper management terrible, new VP who has no clue, he let go of almost entire sales team with no reason. No HR, no accountability from owners and upper management.

      - Mortgage industry is going through tough times - Business model is based on licenses, and as banks replace humans with AI, they will need fewer licenses
