Not many ,they ads for cambian make sound amazing the reality is somewhat different.I feel for the children who come way down the lost after profits

The stress of the job for the wage is horrific ,what other job are you expected to work 15.5 for shift and if the children dont go to bed ,you have no choice but work untill the early hours. No contingency plan for staff shortages ,you are expected to stay.on duty . Very low sleep in pay and some houses do not even have a bed for staff to sleep in . Honestly im sure there are so many reasons not to work for this company ,i could be here for hours reeling them off. The staff on the shop floor are so under appreciated for the work they do and get spoken to badly by senior management very unproffesional .if you want any sort of work life balance consider opting for a different company .
