      Pros

      Some great products and people. They have acquired companies over the years with high potential products. Trying to make shift from traditional to new age education tools.

      Cons

      Complex organization and really lot of products with no clear direction. Management churn and change in ownership happened making it worse.

      Pros

      It's a great company, and a great environment. Very inclusive and focused on diversity

      Cons

      They are actively moving to AI, and have been facing lower sales due to budget cuts across education. Both of these have contributed to them doing 3 layoffs in the 20 months I worked there.
