      They have a great hiring process and you have alot of help during training.

      Cons

      The lack in progression. If you are looking to network or branch out of your current role. I would advise to look else where. They want to keep their employees in one position

      Pros

      It's a great company, and a great environment. Very inclusive and focused on diversity

      Cons

      They are actively moving to AI, and have been facing lower sales due to budget cuts across education. Both of these have contributed to them doing 3 layoffs in the 20 months I worked there.
