      Interesting work, some coworkers are great

      This company does not care about its employees. It allows bad behavior to continue, and even rewards it. Managers talk unprofessionally about their direct reports constantly. No one gets held accountable, and your concerns will not be taken seriously - even with proof. HR allows bullying to run rampant and any corrective action is nothing more than smoke and mirrors.

      Site capabilities and scientific personnel in the US are world-class.

      Cons

      Sales management is more concerned with 'covering their 6' than effectively managing a talented sales team to success. Upper management is focused on selling the business. Poor front-line moral of scientists and key personnel.
