      Pros

      Peaceful city, flexibility for taking time off for vacation and parental leave.

      Cons

      The overall culture of the company is to ignore festering problems, and to keep finding temporary solutions for chronic issues. As long as it keeps running, losing a couple of people here and there does not seem to be a problem for the leadership. Career path not clear. It seems to be mostly at the discretion of upper management. Disorganization overall.

      Site capabilities and scientific personnel in the US are world-class.

      Cons

      Sales management is more concerned with 'covering their 6' than effectively managing a talented sales team to success. Upper management is focused on selling the business. Poor front-line moral of scientists and key personnel.
