      Pros

      Good compensation, good coworkers, and good location if you like small town living.

      Cons

      Some managers/supervisors are good to work for, but sum are not. If you get hired be sure to try to work for one of the good managers. It makes a lot of difference. If you do not like small town living or a commute, then this is not for you. There seems to be a lot of turn over. Long hours due to short staffing.

      Pros

      Site capabilities and scientific personnel in the US are world-class.

      Cons

      Sales management is more concerned with 'covering their 6' than effectively managing a talented sales team to success. Upper management is focused on selling the business. Poor front-line moral of scientists and key personnel.
