Pros
CB is a great place to work. The people are inspiring and fun to be around. The work, even more inspiring and life-changing.
Cons
As a company, they are severely understaffed. Always down bodies and making the rest pick up the work. Will be a better place when there are enough people to tackle the mass amount of new biz and larger client business.
