Pros
Brilliant group of people. Diverse teams makes for excellent creative solutions. Strong understanding of their field. Clearly positioned as the leader in rare diseases. Great industry rep with thought leadership activities. Laid back vibe.
Cons
Lot's of transition the last three years with growth, overgrowth, layoffs, acquisition, and creation of new departments. Now at the right size and structure to achieve moderate growth with only iterative advancements. Some senior leaders were bad fits and brought on board as company doubled in one year. They were retained for too long by upper management and ruined the vibe of the place, lost accounts, and generally messed the place up. They are gone now and the company seems to be back on track.
