Upper management seemed hell-bent on driving the company into the dirt like a dart, and it sounds like things have only gotten progressively worse. They reshuffle departments, assign people to do things that aren't their jobs, cut all kinds of corners. To make their books look better (they're desperate for IPO or acquisition), they've laid off a bunch of people who were great at their jobs, because those people were being paid fairly. They have driven away so much talent. And their product isn't actually that useful, except for fleet managers to spy on their people. CEO is very personable, but kind of delusional. Ran meetings like pep rallies.
