      Pros

      Christmas dinner is great. Compititive wages. Lots of learning. Weekly safety meetings. Safety is no joke here.

      Cons

      You have to buy your own tools and clothing. Delayed reviews and poor benefits. Job relocations without compensation . Micro management. Was a very toxic workplace. No paid training beginning of career.

      Compressed Work Week (10 hours shift, 4 days a week)

      Cons

      Employees feel stressed and under pressure. Depending on the department. You can find jealous coworkers, and gossip people. Some of them think that you will take off their job.
