Management & Corporate Support: The organizational structure at Cambridge Security is top-notch. Dealing with the corporate office in Boca Raton is always a seamless, pleasant experience. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about supporting their personnel. Furthermore, the directors and supervisors are some of the best I have ever worked under. They provide clear direction, maintain high standards, and recognize those who actually show up and do the work. Pay & Operations: The pay is highly competitive for the industry, and operations run incredibly smoothly when you have a team that actually functions. Final Thoughts: I have never worked for such an amazing security company. My only regret is that I didn't find them years ago. If you possess a strong work ethic and a sense of professional pride, you will thrive here.
