      It trickles down from the top - do the right thing, show respect, work with integrity, have fun and make people happy! As an employee of Camden for 10+ years, I am heard and valued; I have been given the tools to be successful being myself!

      Cons

      If there ever is a "con," you are able to bring it up and discuss it in a safe place. I can't think of anything to describe here.

      Pros

      Great bonus, great mentorship, nice perks, C-Suite share the wealth when company performs well. Great culture for the operations side. I recommend this company.

      Cons

      Not great work life balance, promotion opportunities were not great, no boundaries during after hours.

      I love this company. I feel at home here. I feel appreciated, and I enjoy the work so much. I'm learning new things constantly. The culture is truly amazing!
