      Often allow employees to stay too long even when they've proven to be ineffective. Often move people from position to position to try to find one in which they can excel.

      Pros

      I'm impressed so far but I'm still new. The people are nice, atmosphere is good so far but I've only been here a few months.

      Cons

      They have a freeze on personal leave for until Christmas. I didn't know this when I started, you can't take vacation until after Christmas because I guess the busy time is October and November. I should have researched this better.
