Wouldn’t Recommend - Anonymous employee Camera Ready Cosmetics Employee Review

Disorganized and leadership hierarchy is dysfunctional at best. Employees regularly play the blame game and avoid taking responsibility for their own decisions! Saw multiple people fired during my time at CRC and seemed like an impulsive hr move more then anything else… there is a distinct lack of trust in the employees at the lower levels that make up the foundation of the company. Other then those issues, the health insurance is below average (to be expected from a smaller company imo) and benefits are definitely lacking. Sick time is taken out of vacation time, etc.
