COLLEGE STUDENTS BEWARE - Manager In Training (MIT) Cameron Ashley Building Products Employee Review

Pros

Some good people. Terrible leadership.

Cons

The MIT program is just a slapped together program that doesn’t work well. Senior management is a bunch of jokes who still have an old school mentality and it shows. They act as if the younger generation is one to be taken advantage of. It’s a good ole boys club and their wives work there… The turnover rate is extremely high and they don’t want to fix anything about it, just have people leave reviews to improve public image….

Pros

It’s a little pay check and thats it.

Cons

Location is worst in company as far as profit and sales. Class A drivers , you will be in a box truck 50% of the time with touch freight trust and when you don’t have the hours forced to work the warehouse or go home, depending on the profits for week/day Operations is ran by a little person with no experience. High turnover. Will promise the world , but you will receive 35- 40 hrs, safety watching, and dual cameras inside a the worst running fleet you can imagine .
