The Camp Blue Ridge Family is just that- a family. When you join the staff team you don't just start a summer jon, you immediately join a summer family that has been running with that principle for over 50 years. The Owners, Directors, Supervisors, and fellow staff members at CBR are so supportive and loving, I can't imagine any other work environment like it.
