Pros
Fun & good colleagues to work with.
Cons
Everything. Staff are expected to put in ridiculous hours while being severely underpaid for the amount of work dumped on them, all while having practically zero work-life balance. The expectation seems to be that work should consume your entire life, and if you can’t keep up with the nonstop pressure, you’re treated like the problem instead of the broken system itself.
Management seems completely blind to the glaring issues right in front of them. People are leaving left and right, morale keeps dropping, yet there’s still no willingness to evolve, improve, or even listen. That alone says everything about the company culture.
What’s even more unbelievable is the company’s refusal to invest in marketing in today’s digital-first era. No real strategy, no innovation, no effort to build proper brand presence or generate leads but somehow employees are still expected to pull results out of thin air. Instead of adapting to modern business realities, management would rather penny-pinch on marketing and then blame staff when growth stalls.
The entire place runs on an outdated, army-style mentality: overwork employees, underpay them, sacrifice their personal lives. At some point, management seriously needs to wake up and realise that this toxic approach is exactly why talented people keep walking out the door.
