      Spiritually filling Good community housing provided

      Hectic schedule Seasonal staff tend to be overworked Has a "Yes Camp" Mentality. This leads to groups being told something they want to do for a group is possible without operational staff being brought in on the decision making process. This leads to poor communication between departments.

      made lifelong friendships with my coworkers

      Cons

      my boss was toxic. the administrators were toxic. the medical building had mold. the floors were literally falling apart. prescription medications were left unlocked. The medical doctor they use for standing orders has never actually seen the camp to see the poor safety, and they should consider removing their license from this place. It is a hazard for anyone with a medical license on the line. also pay is insulting to medical personnel
