      You'll gain friendships that will last for a lifetime Activities are endless Off days are amazing The kids can be hard work but just like having 15 brothers or sisters Try new foods and learn about new cultures Meet staff from around the world Camp director Matty is the man to go to if you are struggling

      Cons

      Long days but they are rewarding Money is not great but how many other people get this opportunity Management staff are rude and unhelpful in time of need Lauren and Joel are not the approachable camp owners you see in the videos Dave was dismissive when I asked for help on local transport after camp, he is quite rude

      Pros

      Supportive management always ready to help. Good training that builds thick skin. Fair treatment in most situations. Made great friends through work. On-time payments and clear communication.

      Cons

      Received less than contract stated. Unfair pay differences by nationality. Tax refund process was misleading. Ethnicity seemed to affect wages.
