      Pros

      Staff were encouraging and great friends Grounds kept to a beautiful standard Able to get rest even when it gets intense They love the Lord Great Customer Service Varied Locations (never bored)

      Cons

      It is definitely a strain Food at base camp was okay, never extraordinary Living arrangements serviceable but more to be desired (you had a mattress, a roof over your head, plenty of water but hot water did run out sometimes) At day camp, living arrangements completely up in the air (you don't know where you will be sleeping until you got assigned. Nothing major but you could either be sleeping in a nice bed or on a cot)

      Pros

      There is just amazing community there and sharing the gospel/mentoring these campers is very important work. It's a beautiful place with reliable leadership.

      Cons

      It is hard seeing campers leave that you really connect with.

      Pros

      Camp Timberline is amazing! They truly have such a heart to serve kids and show them Christ. Leadership is very encouraging and kind, and the job itself is fun and meaningful. I remember being nervous because they're such a small camp and I didn't know anyone who'd work there, but I can now confirm they are legit, Christ-passionate, and wonderful!

      Cons

      The job can be on the exhausting side at times, but it's worth it!
