      Pros

      Great experience with managing people and events, work very closely with bosses so good opportunities for great letters of rec, and a beautiful area.

      Cons

      Long hours and very little pay, pretty tough environment, you live where you work so there's very little to no separation from the job and personal life.

      The office is a little out of the way, so there aren't many options if you want to go out and grab something for lunch.
