Owner Jenny Munford, simply does not know how to run a business. She had a strong and talented team, but was not a leader. She did not trust and empower her team to do their jobs. She hired people even though the company was in debt. She over promised to employees, clients, contractors, vendors, etc. She was unwilling to accept responsibility for her actions and the failings of the company, always blaming someone else. She had terrible mood swings and would happy one day and the next would come in yelling and screaming.
