      Pay is highly competitive. Health insurance is good

      Cons

      This company announced layoffs a week before Christmas. An absolutely toxic and cold environment. Women are treated terribly here and it is tolerated by leadership due to the influence of the male Italian leadership. Zero work life balance and workload is so heavy everyone is burnt out.
