      Pros

      I’ve been with the company for six years, and the growth opportunities have been fantastic. There’s real room to move up, and ideas aren’t just welcomed, they’re acted on. The people are what make this place special. Working alongside talented and supportive teammates makes a significant difference day to day.

      Pros

      Love the people I work with, can make good money but, with the new pay structure my yearly income was cut in half. I also feel like camping world in general puts the salesman last to be taken care off

      Cons

      Pay structure keeps changing, and they changed all the minimum payed commission on units. Worked car sales and I made more on cars minimal payed commission. Worst part is there accounting department over the past year has been completely awful and they have messed up on paying people the right commission a lot.
