I had no pros the two year I put in, wish I wouldn't have put in that much time.
Cons
If you're looking for a career and somewhere to feel like you are part of a team. This company is NOT it, the two years I worker here they had 4 layoffs. They call "restructure" laying people off then a month later hiring more people with different titles. Instead of trying to promote within like successful companies do, they have managers running this company into the ground. Think twice before applying to this company!!! Not to mention the pay sucks!
