      Pros

      I have had a great experience with this company. the opportunities for growth and advancement are never ending. there is always contests, games and competitions within the company that help us succeed and also to have fun. the management team is easily accessible and willing to help. The are respectful and constructive with information that you need help with.

      Cons

      there are alot of communications within the company. which is good and bad. you do know what is happening but sometimes the emails get a little numerous to keep up with.

      Pros

      Love the people I work with, can make good money but, with the new pay structure my yearly income was cut in half. I also feel like camping world in general puts the salesman last to be taken care off

      Cons

      Pay structure keeps changing, and they changed all the minimum payed commission on units. Worked car sales and I made more on cars minimal payed commission. Worst part is there accounting department over the past year has been completely awful and they have messed up on paying people the right commission a lot.
